HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED (2018 EDITION)
A new year just came. We have 365 new opportunities to make this year memorable. It’s normal that this year will have its ups and downs but we have to face the difficulties and go on. But it’s known that the good things take time and effort so we have to try hard to accomplish our dreams. For me 2017 was a strange year, I met new people, I traveled a lot , I had disappointments but also I heard the best news. So as this year started I realized that I have to make changes to have an even better year . Today I’m going to share with you my small tips for a year full of happiness!!
1. ELIMINATE YOUR PHONE USE
I know the struggle is big since I’m a tech person and my phone is stuck to my hand all day but this year I will try hard to minimize my phone use especially before the bed time. This is so important because the brain can function better and also the next day you will be less tired. One thing I like to do that actually has helped me a lot is set a limit for the time I browse on social media
“We are what we eat” is a motto that I’m absolutely accord with. Food is so important for our health and affect even our mood, so, if we start eating healthy it’s not only beneficial for our body but also for our phycology!!
Workout is so important for our body and our health in general. With exercise you will see changes to your body shape and also to your mood. You will feel more confident about yourself and also you will start put a program on your day. The best hour for working out is in the morning since it’s gonna wake you up and give the energy you need for the rest of the day
4.ORGANIZE YOUR DAY
One of the things I always do is to plan my day. This help me so much because I know exactly what I have to do for the day. One thing I recommend is carry on a planner or a simple notebook and every morning to write your responsibilities.
5. READ BOOKS
Reading books is my absolutely favorite activity because it let me improve my imagination and travels me to other places even I’ve never been there before. I like to read them when I’m home with a hot cup of coffee or before bed time . You can choose whatever book you want but I personally love novels.
6.WRITE A JOURNAL
expressing our thoughts is so so important . so, what’s better than write what you think ?
7.BE A MORNING PERSON
something I recently learnt is that our brain is much more productive during the morning time. Our body and our brain have more energy and we can achieve more things. Even though I’m a morning person, I’m struggling waking up early so a thing I like to do is set my go to bed time . I try to sleep at least 8 hours per night.
8.EXPLORE YOUR CITY
One thing I absolutely love is exploring my city. Whenever I have time I like to walk through the streets of the town with friends or alone. This makes me feel happier and less nervous!!
9.CHANGE THE THINGS YOU DON’T LIKE
Being happy it’s not an easy thing sometimes you have to get rid of things that makes you feel nervous and sad. Throw out the bad vibes that push you down and start doing things you love
10.GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE
We all being afraid of the unknown and don’t deny it!!!! But we have to find the courage and do things we’ve never done!!
11. SET YOUR OWN GOALS
Last but not least we have to set our new year goals. With this we will have something to work on and be active !
